Shipping Policy
Located in Co Clare near Lough Derg, Buzzing Meadows Farm delivers premium honey, beeswax products, and vibrant cut flowers right to your door. We use eco-friendly packaging and keep shipping costs reasonable for a great customer experience.
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when we receive your order and another when it ships.
Shipping rates are based on order weight, size, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
Once handed over to An Post, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. We aren't responsible for delays, but if your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your shipping confirmation email, let us know.
We currently ship only within the Republic of Ireland.
Free farm pickup is available by appointment. Choose "pick up/collection" at checkout and text or email us in advance to arrange a time.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Buzzing Meadows Farm, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return or exchange policy to build trust and confidence.
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Once we receive the return, you'll get a full refund, minus shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us ASAP with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll try to fix it promptly.
